Well, what is corporate massage? Corporate massage is a type of massage therapy that is provided to employees at their place of work. It is typically done by a massage therapist who comes to the office on a regular basis, such as once a week or once a month. Corporate massage can be either seated massage or table massage.
Seated massage

Seated Massage is what we do most. Sometimes called corporate chair massage, seated massage is a type of massage that is done with the person is sitting in a specially designed chair.
Your massage therapist uses their hands and forearms to apply pressure to the recipient’s neck, shoulders, back, and upper arms. Seated massage is a good option for employees who do not have time for a full-body massage, or for employees who do not want to take their clothes off.
Table massage
Table Massage is a more traditional type of massage that is done on a massage table. Because it takes more time, allow more time for a full body massage.
The recipient lies face down on the table while the massage therapist applies pressure to their entire body.
Table massage is a good option for teams who want a more thorough massage, or for employees who have specific areas of pain or tension that they want to address. Allow half an hour (to one hour) for each person.
Facilities such as bathroom and showers need to be on site and people may need to remove clothing if oil is used.
Corporate massage has several benefits for both employees and employers.
For work teams
For employees, corporate massage can help to relieve stress, improve circulation, and reduce pain. It can also improve mood, increase energy levels, and boost productivity.
For Employers
For employers, corporate massage can
- help to reduce absenteeism
- increase employee morale, and
- improve employee retention.
If you are considering offering corporate massage to your employees, there are a few things you need to keep in mind.
1. Is the team interested?
You need to make sure that staff are interested in massage. Do this by surveying staff or by offering a free massage session to a select group.
2. Massage therapists
You need to find a reputable massage therapist who is experienced in providing corporate massage in Perth. That’s us, of course.
3. How often?
Once a week is a good option for most, but you may want to offer more or less frequent sessions depending on your budget and what your staff need.
