What we do on site
Each worker gets 10 to 15 minutes of seated massage, fully clothed, focused on the neck, shoulders, back and forearms. There are no oils and no change of clothes, so they’re back at work straight after.
We bring the massage chairs. All we need is about two square metres per therapist, such as a corner of the crib room, a training room, a medical room or a spare office. If a room isn’t practical, our therapists can move through admin offices and control rooms instead.
Built around your roster
Site work runs on swings and shift patterns. We schedule around yours rather than asking you to schedule around us.
- Regular visits aligned to your roster cycle: weekly, fortnightly or monthly
- One-off wellness days, R U OK? Day, safety stand-downs and toolbox days
- Extra support during shutdowns, ramp-ups and other high-pressure periods
- Multi-site rollouts, coordinated across several locations in one trip
“We wanted to say thank you for organising your massage therapists to come out to our 5 locations over 3 days. We have received positive feedback from the staff, who enjoyed the massages.”

Where massage fits in your wellbeing program
Your HSE team already manages fatigue, manual handling and psychosocial risk. Massage doesn’t replace any of that, and we won’t pretend it does. It isn’t a hazard control, a substitute for your EAP, or medical treatment.
What it does well is the other half of the job. WorkSafe WA’s code of practice for mentally healthy FIFO workplaces asks employers to provide an environment that promotes wellbeing and supports recovery. On-site massage is one of the few wellbeing measures workers actually use. In our experience, almost nobody skips their slot.
- Recovery: eases the load of long shifts, PPE, vibration and hours spent static in cabs and control rooms.
- A low-stigma way in: a worker who would never book the site psychologist will sit down for a massage.
- A visible signal: it shows the company means what it says about wellbeing.
Therapists can hand out your EAP and support-line details on request.
Why Collette does this work

Collette Lynch owns and runs Perth Corporate Massage, and she often flies to site herself. Her sons work in the industry, so the long rosters, the time away from family and the toll on the body aren’t abstract to her.
“I know there is pain,” she says. She means more than sore shoulders: she means the fatigue, pressure and isolation that many workers carry quietly.
That’s how we approach every booking: practical care, delivered on time, without fuss.
